Driving Directions: From Stanton: Exit Mountain Parkway at Exit 22, at end of ramp turn left onto Highway 213 and go to the 3rd stoplight. Turn right on Highway 15, go 3 miles to Cat Creek Road (Highway 3354), turn right onto Highway 3354, then go 4.8 miles to Cow Creek Road. Turn left onto Cow Creek Road, then go .2 miles to Chop Chestnut Road and turn left. Continue on Chop Chestnut Road for 1.7 miles and arrive at Chop Chestnut Cabins. From Slade: Exit Mountain Parkway at Slade (exit 33) , and at end of ramp turn left onto Highway 11. Proceed on Highway 11 until it intersects with Highway 15, turn left on Highway 15 and travel about 5 miles to Cow Creek Road. At the Natural Bridge Stone turn left onto Cow Creek Road and go 3.2 miles to Chop Chestnut Road. Turn right onto Chop Chestnut Road and go 1.7 miles to the cabins. From Cincinnati: Take South I-75 to Lexington (exit 111), then turn east onto I-64, continue on east I-64 to Mountain Parkway (exit 98). Stay on Mountain Parkway until you get to either Slade (exit 33) or Stanton (exit 22), then follow the directions above. From Knoxville: Take North I-75 to White Hall (exit 95)(between Richmond and Lexington). Take Highway 627 towards Winchester and then get on I-64 East to Mountain Parkway (exit 98). Stay on Mountain Parkway until Stanton (exit 22) or Slade (exit 33) and then follow above directions. |

Since our "wilderness" cabins are
located "in the Wilderness" please do not be excited if you encounter
an occasional bug or spider. As clean as our cabins are kept, the bugs, birds,
bees, and crickets like to come in and visit every once in a while. Although we
don't charge them rent, we ask that you be understanding with them.
