Changing Your Initial Password
Login to Webmail by visiting our website: http://www.fewpb.net

Click on the navigation for FPB WebMail.


NOTE: Be sure to turn
off any Pop-up Blockers
before continuing.  The
password reset feature
uses a pop-up window
to collect your information.

Click FPB WebMail
to proceed to the login page.

You can also login to FPB WebMail by opening the website directly: http://webmail.fewpb.net   

 

Type in your Email Address and Password.

Click the LOG IN button to begin.

Your Password may have been left for you by the Cable Modem Installer.  Check the front of your Cable Modem pamphlet for your password. 

If you don't know your Password or can't locate the pamphlet, please call our Technical Support at
(866) 352-9570.
In the top-right corner of the page, you will see a drop-down box labeled:
Options and Styles...

Click the drop-down button. ( )
On the Menu that appears find the option labeled:
Password

Click Password to change your password.

NOTE:  If you use a
Pop-Up Blocker, you will need to permit pop-ups for the WebMail site or turn it off while using the WebMail site.  If you do not, they will stop the
Change Password
window seen next.
For Old Password:
Type in your current password (the one you used above to login).

For New Password:
Type in the password you want to use as your new password.

For Confirm Password:
Type in the same new password again.

Click the button to save changes:
Save
 
Click on the link to close the password window:
Close Window

 
You can now use the WebMail system to read or send mail.

When you are finished, be sure to Log Off.
 
You should see that you are now logging out.
If you want the WebMail system to remember your email address and new password on this computer, click the check box labeled:
Remember Me

NOTE:  If you have checked this box but recently changed your password, you will need to type in your new password and login once before it will remember you the next time.
